guys , this is my issue.
i have applied for chemical engineering, but have now realised that maths with economics at LSE is wheat i really want to study. Is there anyway i can transfer to that course once uni starts, provided i meet LSE's grade requirements?

No, there is no way you can transfer into the LSE. If you are sure that you want to go to the LSE then your only option is to re-apply in September. There's no point starting an engineering degree if you want to do something else, so if you do intend to re-apply then it would be better to take a gap year.

It might be easier to ask your current university if you can switch to mathematics. After all, there is no guarantee you'd get into the LSE even if you do re-apply - what will you do if they reject you?
