    overall lovely, but I never got really good at understanding a very strong geordie accent... I don't think the way words get pronounced by a geordie speaker is very difficult itself but in a whole sentences there's some unusual rhythms that can baffle my ability to decode it... geordies can put the emphasis in places you as a non geordie aren't expecting it.

    anyway afaik research shows people generally think it sounds honest and friendly
