I really want to study medicine but i think my gcse grades arent good enough for medicine! My gcse grades are 4As and 4Bs and C.
Would the unis take account to that ive only lived in the uk in two years?

This is a common theme on TSR for people with slightly less competitive GCSE grades. It will depend on the university that you apply to - some count on your GCSEs heavily in the application process, while others won't. It will also depend on what your grades are in, I believe that some universities require a B in GCSE English/Maths if you don't have them at A-level.

Doing your research will be important, but your GCSEs don't discount you completely.
