    I just take meaningless stuff that rhymes... What kind of genre are you looking to write it for?

    Don't just chose random words that rhyme. Get a concept that you want to write about and decide how you're going to present it - a series of unconnected phrases? a narrative? and if so, is it first or third person? through metaphor/allegory?

    Then think of a few key phrases that really sum up your thoughts on the subject, given the style you wish to present.

    And I find that things go much easier from there.
