    VIA EMAIL.
As long as it's not a Monday morning (late start), Tuesday morning (PT), Wednesday afternoon (sports), Thursday morning (PT) or after lunch on a Friday (thin out to beat the traffic) then you may be lucky to get a reply at some point in the future from the Forces.

    Thank you.
So does that mean they don't check their emails regularly?

There is a sub forum in the Armed forces section called "Ask the Army". If you have a look at how many of the questions receive a swift response, if indeed any response at all, then that may give you a steer.
