    Hi

I am 30 and have worked my way up to a decent(ish) job working in HR.. My plan has always been to study my HR qualifications and then teach HR in a college. I have realised that there arent that many 'Lecturer in HR' jobs floating about and want to broaden my horizons, but I am getting myself all confused. I am not sure whether I need to do a degree (i currently do not have one) in an area of choice and then do a PGCE PCET or do a degree in Education? I am not sure what I can teach if I have a degree in Education?
