Combination of homesickness, work, making friends, adapting to being independent, figuring out how the world works, changing environments all the time, money stress, learning when someone's screwing you over and how to treat others right. A lot of the student population is also going to uni to put off work (or the realisation that they have to work) which comes with its own problems.

To be honest I see worse problems in people my age who weren't students as they don't realise what they should be sensitive about, from their landlord screwing them over to politics.
