Housing experience with Simply Lettings?

Me and some friends are in our first year of university at Durham and in the process of trying to find a house for next year. The rush for houses started really early last term so we're now frantically looking for a good residence.

I have found a property that looks very good through a lettings agent called 'simply lettings' but their site and offices look a bit dodgy at best. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with Simply Lettings - doesn't even have to be in Durham!

Have you ever considered going private? Chapel Heights in Durham is a new student accommodation close to the city center. It has beautiful views and spacious social spaces.

We have several social studio apartments in our building, so you would have your own bathroom, kitchen and bedroom!!
