He's younger than me and still lives with parents? Should I still consider him? Watch

Met this guy recently on a night out and he was pretty cool, been chatting for a week but turns out he's like 15 months younger than me. I've dated someone in the "year below" before but cause I took a year out we were same year at uni so didn't make a difference.
This guy isn't at uni though, he's working but still lives with his parents half an hour away. I feel a bit weird about it, like a bit of a cougar with his parents there. Seems shallow to rule him off cause of this but I wanted to know if you guys thought it's weird?
I can tell what he's intentions are but he hasn't been direct enough for me to properly turn him down. So what do I do? Before it goes too far or should I give it a go?

15 months is nothing really, if he has a good reason he's yet to move out I can't see a problem with it

No I mean if you two get on well, and understand eachother and stuff age shouldn't be the thing that comes in the way. Plus 15 months really is not much. If you want to go for it then go for it! Do whatever you think is right!
