I've applied from the EU to study biomedical sciences and I have offers from Aberdeen Uni and Durham.. I want to go to Durham but the tuition fees and living costs are much higher than in Aberdeen. If I were to choose Durham it would cost me much more so I was just thinking whether Aberdeen Uni is much worse? Can someone please tell me if going to Aberdeen versus Durham could affect my future job in the field, meaning is Durham recognized as a better uni in the UK?
    Thank you.

If I were you, I would choose Durham regardless of the cost - it's a very prestigious university, and if it's just the debt you're worried about, in the UK you only start to pay back your student loan once your income is over £21000 a year and even then, it's only a miniscule amount that gets taken out of your bank account every month. Plus, at Durham they have the collegiate system, which I think makes for a very quintessential university experience.
Having said that, if you go with Aberdeen you will be living in Scotland, which is the most wonderful country in the world (Fact!). So it's up to you really, both are great choices!
