Unconditional Offers

I received an unconditional offer from my backup uni but I'm not sure if I'm missing something. At the bottom of the 'letter' it says "This offer is subject to you obtaining" and then it's blank. Is this normal or has the letter been cut short?

What does it say about the offer on Track?
Don't worry- it always says that. My unconditional offers are due to the fact I already have my grades and all my letters say that too!
