welcome pack

i haven't got any welcome/information packs yet, not general nor department specific. should i have it by now??

My grades weren't sent to them so I had to fax them and then there was a huge delay in my accommodation offer. i wish they'd pull their finger out, there's only two weeks left!

I recieved the department one two weeks ago and the general one yesterday. Apparently if you haven't recieved anything by the 17th you should ring newcastle, although the welcome pack is available online, so the department one is probably the important one

Contact your department tommorrow just to check that they have sent it. I know its annoying, but just keep contacting them. My advice is to ring them.
