I currently have a BA with First Class Honours in Education Studies and History and I am maybe looking at doing an MA in Museum Studies in the near future.
I currently work in a place of historical interest in a welcome type role and office work, which I really enjoy.
I like history, culture and education- so I was wondering what my BA and if I do an MA, plus my work experience in this area added with any voluntary experience in museums would lead to in terms of jobs/careers?
Also, as this sector is very niche and competition is high, with these interests and qualifications what other lines of work can I go into without much more further study? I would like a job that enables me to start paying off my student loan and I like working with the public, so any ideas of more common jobs that I would still be suited to with this experience and these qualifications?
Any advice would be great!

Hi there, have you consider working in the education department of a museum or heritage site? Most of these organisations will have an education and/or outreach department that would fit your skills from your BA and MA.
