    I have a first class degree in chemistry and am currently doing a PhD where I get paid £16,400 a year.

      Scientists don't get paid alot. Post docs get paid 25-30k. Lecturers gets paid 35k-45k ish i think. It's actually quite pathetic.

      All honestly you can research all of this yourself.
