Can I still do medicine??

I wish to study medicine at university, however I am only doing 3 as levels which are: biology, chemistry and maths (I am predicted AAA for as). I was wondering if I still have a chance to apply for medicine and which universities do i have the best chance of applying to?
More info:
GCSE grades: 4 a*s, 5as, 2bs, 1 distinction
I also received special consideration for my GCSEs as I was going through chemotherapy at the time.

Three A-levels is the requirement for all UK uni's no require 4. You have as good a chance as everyone at this stage, a lot still rests on your A2 predictions, UKCAT/BMAT and PS.
