    Does anyone have UCAS? I'm currently trying to apply to a college using UCAS but I have to have a personal statement. What are the requirements for writing a personal statement so I can get into the collge I want

    There are 2 different types of UCAS application. There's "UCAS Progress" which is for applying for colleges, and "UCAS" which is for applying to uni. The requirements are very different, so you need to be careful to specify which one you mean.

    A UCAS Progress personal statement is much longer than one allowed for UCAS. Your UCAS Progress PS can be under 8000 characters. The idea of what to put in it are similar, because you need to talk about why you want to do the course and what you have done previously to decide this.
