I'm currently in year 11 and I wanted to know whether you can do much better in the GCSE than in the mocks. I did so awfully and I know I didn't reach my full potential at all because I cramped everything - how did you guys do? / any advice?

On average, I got a full grade higher for everything in my actual exams than my mocks. The mocks seemed to be a lot harder than the actual exams, but that's probably because I hadn't learnt absolutely everything, and only had a week to revise. I'd say the mocks teach you what you are slightly weaker on, and so you know where your main focus needs to be. I know the teachers will be moaning on about revising for 4920184 hours a night, but I found a little every night is what kept me on track instead doing a lot of work like once a week
