Unemployment isnt even the worst part about it. Having a load of individuals scattered around the globe chasing after money dilutes collectivism and only creates alienation and moral decay. Back in the day you'd have pit style communities like in S. Wales and Lancs; now every High Street shop, cafe and restaurant is full of Lithuanians who stay maybe 3 months before the next slav replaces them. Nobody has any long term bond with their town, their region their city. Its almost like a production line of immigration we have created, there is no loyalty in the workplace, in the community - people are solely interested in their phones, alcohol, football, Facebook and Insta.

The combination of technology and international laissez-faire economics is causing societal alienation and this can be rectified by its opposite of ultranationalist corporatism. Here the community comes first according to the natural way of structural functionalism, enforcing solidarity through class collaboration and professional compartmentalisation for the good of the nation.
