Hey there, am applying to UK unis from Asia. Have gotten offers, just wondering when I need to reply to my offers? The UCAS website lists 4th May 2017, but apparently if you have a non EU-postal address or something, it is at a later date?

I may be getting offers from unis elsewhere/in my home country as late as mid-May, so I'm genuinely concerned. Also, can I accept (list a firm/insurance) an offer but withdraw at a later date? Is there a window for this, or will there be repercussions?

I believe it would be the 2nd date in june for non-eu but i m not 100% on that, but yes you can accept an offer and withdraw later as long as you do before you'd be expected to enrol.

Your deadline is whatever is shown on Track. There's no difference in deadlines based on your address.

The May deadline will apply if all 5 of your choices make a decision before the 31 March.

You can accept offers through UCAS and pull out at any point to go to a non UK university without penalty. The only limit would be that you couldn't reaply through UCAS for this year.
