Get the tinyest amount of vaselline on the tip of your finger and smooth your eyelash upwards. Its supposed to help with mascara application but works as a wax to smooth them in the same direction. Just don't use too much or you'll irritate your eye.

Eyelashes growing inwards is actually a medical condition: link

I seem to get lashes in my eyes constantly but don't think there's anything wrong, I think they just fall out a lot

On another note, does anyone else have trouble keeping their eyelashes from rubbing/catching against the lens of their glasses? Gets even worse when I put mascara on. Mine aren't even long, I think its the frames!

You don't have eyelashes to begin with so I'm unsure what you want to cut off

Do as the other poster suggested, as Vaseline works well. Alternatively keep rinsing your eyes/splashing them with cold water. Google it maybe? I haven't really had this problem on a large scale so can't comment!

If they are growing inwards, see a doctor. Otherwise, try curling them or getting an eyelash perm.
