I don't prioritize the right things I make poor decisions.I don't do what I truly want to do because I do the things which give instant gratification.I don't study I don't read everything is going down hill. Why?Because of poor decision making I don't want to live like this anymore.

Have you seen anyone about this? It sounds like you could really do with the help before things get any worse for you, it sounds really horrible already tbh. Decisions and prioritising are really hard especially when you can't see the point or immediate results but there's people that can help you. What I find useful is setting myself targets to do that day, for example half an hour of work or having a shower. Don't have too many, start small and keep them achievable and hopefully you can get them done. Hopefully over time they'll get a bit easier for you and you can start doing stuff for longer periods or more frequently. There's loads of resources and stuff on TSR, make use of them! The best thing you can do is honestly go and see your GP though, or at least talk to someone about how you're feeling. Hope things improve for you soon whatever you decide!

I have now blocked all distracting websites for this week so I am forced to do work on the laptop as there is nothing else to do on the laptop. It seems to be working so far.I am trying to come to terms with the rejection of 4 academic establishments at the moment.I have an entrance exam tomorrow hopefully all goes well.Thank you for replying to me it is much appreciated.I now have a to do list sometimes I forget to take it out of my bad so I don't do all the tasks but because I have nothing else to do but study I will complete most of the tasks as there is nothing to distract me.I am really enjoying maths at the moment.I don't enjoy english as much as i used to be it is decent.Physics is really hard though.
