It used to be a pizza, curry or tuna-pasta with mayo. Now I need to find a Vegan pizza and some vegan meals. Not sure atm, just living off nuts, fruit and veg atm.

I got 1.2k calories from two packs. I had 3 pieces of fruit and cheated from my previous thread by having 4 pieces of toast with jam.

Why do you care if they are salted? Is salt an animal?

Because two packets will contain a very dangerous amount of salt if consumed in a day.

Woo! Good job Mistletoe. I've just worked out that I've been vegan for 57,888,000 seconds AH MY GAD.

What's your strategy? Have you gone full on cold turkey or are you trying to omit certain things?

No strategy other than making sure I hit a caloric surplus.

Only if you say please and thank you to them, you have to show friendly bacteria a certain level of respect.
