Hello everyone, I'm wondering if you can help me with the Aldi Interview process, specifically for the job I applied for (caretaker)? I'm 17 and have never had a job before. So when I applied online for this role I was really shocked to be invited to the next stage! The email said "We're delighted to now invite you to an Individual Assessment." So I booked my slot and it's in a weeks time. I'm really nervous as I've never been interviewed before, especially not by a supermarket that's massively competitive. Has anyone been to an Aldi interview before? I've heard you have to present to a group, if that's the case I think I will literally sh*t myself lol, I'm not sure if that's the case as the email said "Individual Assessment" which makes me think that it's just a stand alone 1-1 interview. I've looked online about the interview process etc but it just brings up manager positions, or stock/customer assistant roles, no caretaker roles! Maybe the internet thinks it's too basic to give you advice lmao. But jokes aside, what do you think will happen on the day? Thanks!
