I've been offered a conditional offer from the University of Brighton, which is my top choice university, to study History of Art and design, they would like MMM but my predicted grades are PMM, what does this mean for my future? I'm really worried

If you don't get MMM then you haven't met your offer. Unis can take some applicants that miss their offers, but obviously can't take everyone. So you may be accepted, or you may not. You're more likely to be accepted if you narrowly miss your offer, have extenuating circumstances, or had a very impressive application.
