    I was stoped by some police officers who searched my clothes, hand cuffed me and put me in a police van with out arresting me. I was been slightly aggressive eg. screaming get the **** off me.Is this legal ?(btw I'm 15)

    Well if you were being aggressive then yes they were withing their rights to handcuff and arrest you.

    If you were being aggressive then yes you probably left them no choice. You may have been stopped because you fitted a description of someone they were looking for and allowing them to search you quietly would probably have been the end to the whole thing.

    Well we don't really know the full story here, if they were being threatening towards the police then I would say they have every right to arrest.

    Yes if they think you might be carrying, drugs, a weapon or stolen property.
    When they search you they have to inform you of the reason, which was it?
