I don't know how to act on my feelings, but this is what i've been experiencing for a long time now and whilst all those around me notice themselves, no one offers me help. I have mentioned it to my gp, but she just dismissed it as stress.
    - overthinking and over analysing every little thing, reading too much into things for example what people say
    - this one is what people around me pick up on most of all; negative thinking
    - i feel like everything that goes wrong is my fault, for example if there are problems in my relationships
    - i'm scared to approach people, for example working as a waitress, i'm terrified to take orders from people
    - i constantly feel like im an inconvience and that i annoy everyone
    - i get paranoid in general, but more so in public, for example on a night out i was convinced that a girl whom i've never even spoke to, was taking photos of me and then i bothered myself about it for ages
    - constantly worry about not being good enough or what others think of me

these are my most significant symptoms and I'd really appreciate it if anyone could give me some suggestions or advice. thank you.

Sounds like you have some level of mh problem possibly including at least some amount of anxiety features.
I suggest you go see a doctor so they can help you work out what is wrong and suggest treatments (usually therapy). It's nothing to be ashamed of and it is worth getting some support. Since you have had a less than helpful experience with your GP already I suggest you either try to see a different doctor at your surgery or go to see your GP again, this time with some more detail about your symptoms, how it affects you and any questions, and ask what to do about it. I would ask about therapy specifically if she doesn't mention it. If you are under 18 you could ask about CAMHS. You can also look into counselling, which you don't need any referral for and can usually access through school/ uni.
You may also like to take a look at mind.org and sane.org to read up a bit on some mh conditions and see what you can relate to. Maybe do a bit of reading and make a list of things you can think of to take with you to see a doctor.
You can also talk to your school/ uni and ask what they might be able to do to help you if you think it is impacting or impacted by education in any way.

I hope that helps. I know this must be confusing and lonely, but you are not alone in this and you should trust your gut of you think something is up. You are the only one who knows what you are feeling so trust yourself and try your best to convey everything to anybody you see regarding it. Sometimes you need to spell things out to get people to understand
