Have you ever watched a film so powerful and mesmerising it stays in your thoughts for an extended period of time even after the film is over?

I recently watched trainspotting and i cant stop thinking of how good it was!!!
Other examples include The Matrix, American Beauty and Donnie Darko

It's more than merely thinking about the plot, it's almost as if it's affected the way i think!
Sounds kinda creepy and weird i know

I know what you mean. I watched Evil Dead and now I never ever want to see a cabin in the woods

    Huh, you again.
The first time I saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind it stayed in my mind (no irony intended there) for a while. Definitely had an impact on me.

Funnily enough, Donnie Darko stayed in my mind for a while too. One of those films that makes you re-think life, etc.

La La Land is still stuck in my mind and the first time I saw it was on the 9th of January. It's that infectious.
