Any recommendations? Preferably cheap ones that can be bought in supermarkets. Thanks

Tetley green tea is pretty cheap.

Then there's the Kirkland matcha green tea ones which are way better though, slightly more expensive but it tastes better and is very nutritional. I recommend this one! A box of 100 for £15 is not too bad. Link is below.

Twinings do loads of flavours, depends what you're into. I don't like green tea on its own, I have it with lemon usually.
Echinacea and raspberry I have when I'm ill as echinacea helps lessen the symptoms of a cold, I also love camomile and spiced apple and camomile and honey. Anything without ginger I'm bound to like.
