I think she can be considered one. Although she is hyper sexualised it's always presented as being on her own terms, it's done in a way that a lot of men even find repulsive. For me feminism means that a woman doesn't have to be sexual at all, but she can be if she chooses, it's all about choice.
I like the way she speaks about men and men's bodies in her music, it's exactly the same way that male rappers speak about women and I believe supporting female artists who do that is a better way of countering misogyny in rap music than whining about it from a white, Western viewpoint
