I applied for the £10,000 postgraduate loan and received my first payment in September. According to my entitlement letter, the second payment was due on Wednesday 25th January but I have not received it. I understand it can take a few working days to reach me however, when I log in to my student finance account and click on 'payments for 2016/17' it only shows the first payment, not the remaining two for this academic year. Is there a reason for this? Is there any way of confirming the payment has actually been made?
