    I think at AS intensity will mean flux per square meter.

    so calculate the amount of power being radiated out of the bulb as visible light using the power input and efficiency of the bulb... that's your total visible flux

    divide that by the surface area of a sphere who's radius equals the distance to the source given in the question - that's the flux per square meter at that distance from the bulb (assuming light is radiated equally in all directions)
