How to date a girl from another town?

There's a girl I really like, but she lives in a town about 13 miles away- so definitely not in walking distance. I wish I had a car, but they're expensive and I can't drive and I'm still in school. How do I make arrangements and use public transportation? Where's a good place to have sex? Is anyone else in a similar situation?

Bus or train? You could take turns in visiting each other.

Have sex at her place? I think you're thinking a bit too far lol, cross that bridge when you get to it.
