Evaluation means to evaluate.
Evaluation means to find the intentions of the writer, if for example someone is asking you to evaluate how Shakespeare presents Lady Macbeth as a powerful women, the evaluation would be "Shakespeare presents Lady Macbeth as a powerful woman, Shakespeare does this by creating a contrast of the society of the 16th century *blah blah insert evidence and what not.*"

For example, consider the different perspectives on Lady Macbeth throughout the play. What is the potential evidence to suggest that she is innocent and a victim in her own right? What is the potential evidence to suggest that she is an outright devilish addition to the three witches, somewhat worse? Which, in your opinion, is stronger AND WHY - the 'and why' is basically the evaluation. Consider contextual factors and then which seems to more likely be the portrayal that Shakespeare would have had in mind. Again, this is your opinion.
You need to isolate different ideas and perspectives, weigh them up and thus identify the most judicious interpretation of the writer's intentions.
