Haha I remember doing IGCSE exam past papers in my sleep too. It was really annoying. THERE IS NO ESCAPING THE EXAMS!

I didn't mind that much. After all, I did get some revision done in my sleep. It saved me a lot of time

Don't worry! I took 11 GCSE's last Summer, mainly consisting of iGCSE's and was dreading them, with my friends starting revision as much as 3 months before exams and me cramming revision in last second and still managing to achieve much better than my predicted grades had been and I couldn't be happier with my results! My advice I'd give is get the CGP guides and learn the spec inside out - for GCSE's this will get you the A*'s!
