Hello there. All that I would like you to read is my opening post, and have thoughts and opinions from those of you who actually work in this area.

    So many thanks in advance

    Hi

Based on the information you have provided as no qualification was gained we will take into account your previous study .

We will calculate your funding as shown below

New course 3 Years +1 gift year = 4 years Minus 1 year previous study = 3 years

This would mean you will get full funding (Tuition Fees and Maintenance Support) for the duration of your course.

    Regards

Thank you for the clarification. I will write to my former University and ask them to provide a statement of evidence or some such, to prove to the student loans company that I didn't complete the degree and dropped out after only a few months.

    Hi anxiety2017

You don't need something to say you dropped out, the university should have already have sent us a withdrawal notification to inform us.

    Thanks

Hi, think I would like to have proof though, just in the event that they didn't notify you!

    Hi anxiety2017

That's absolutely fine, you can also call us and we can let know if the university has informed us.
You normally receive a new award letter and a letter confirming you have withdrawn.

    Thanks
