    please may someone help me as to why a worker may no longer be paid using piece rates but now gets paid by the time they work?

    Piece work is perfectly legal in the UK, but it has a minimum wage underpinning.

    Please may you explain this more for me, its for an practice exam question and i have no idea what to write ;(
