    Hi,

I suspended uni in January for health reasons, and will be going back in September. I got a letter from student finance that I am entitled to up to 60 days of additional loan due to this. However, this morning I receive another letter saying that I have been overpaid by £600 and need to pay this back.

Does this mean I do not get the extra 60 days of funding?

I'm a little upset as I am already in my overdraft, currently too ill to work, and am potentially now getting no help, even though none of this is my fault!

    Advice would be great!

    Hi

Your entitlement will have been reassessed based on your period in attendance plus an additional 60 days.

If you were paid more then you were entitled to for the number of days you attended plus an additional 60 then you would still have an over payment.

    Thanks
