I'm currently doing my AS revision for Wuthering Heights, and I'm wondering if there are any quotes that can be used to argue a range of points (So not just focused on one topic, such as position of women) which are absolutely essential. I understand the importance of specific theme and character quotes but these quotes could act as a kind of cushion if I'm caught off guard in the exam. I'm also looking for a critic's quote that could be used in virtually any essay, but most I find are focused on one specific topic. Any resources or direct quotes would be appreciated!
