Optional Additional Personal Statement

Hi all,

I'm due to apply to Jesus College to read Economics in the next few weeks and whilst lookign through a draft Cambridge application form, i found the "Optional additional personal statement" bit.

Do you have to fill this in or you are disadvantaged?

What goes in it!?

It is exactly what it says: Optional. Your application will not be disadvantaged by filling it in, and nor will it be disadvantaged by not filling it in.

In it would go anything you left out of your Personal Statement (proper) due to its being Cambridge-specific. Anything specific about the course that is particularly appealing to you, or anything else acadmically-related.

Do a search - there have been a billion threads on this before so you should be able to find more info. :smile:
