I'm new... currently writing my dissertation for my masters and I'm getting myself so confused about the methodology section. Could anyone share a decent book or resource which might help me? I can't envisage how it's supposed to look even... I'm going round and round in circles!

First off, you need to specify what subject this is so people with the right knowledge can help. Have a look at papers in your field and see how they're structured. Also see if your supervisor has some advice or previous dissertations you can look at.

I found Alan Bryman’s Social Research Methods very helpful during my MA program last year.
