I completely failed with a D last year and am resitting in college though the teachers teaching is very different to my last teachers teaching.

It's not too late to start revising now is it?

It's important for me to get this "C" so I can do a Level 3 course which I am capable of! Level 2 is starting to piss me off with it's easy work and Unit's I can complete in 20 mins...

I just need something that will go through an exam and explain what I need to be doing as this is where I tend to fail.

Make sure you know all the language terminology!
Practice past exam questions, watch https://www.youtube.com/user/mrbruff 's youtube videos (explain a lot and do some practice questions!), read 'the Guardian'(online, once a while, read the poem section, where there is a person that writes about the poem/annotates it. So you can see how they do it ect) . The most important thing is believe in yourself and revise language terminology !

Good luck, you can do it! You can achieve more than you think!
