So basically I wanted to move out but don't anymore. Cut long story short it's a four bedroom house and there's three other people. No one has signed anything yet , they have paid their deposits but I haven't. If I dropped out what would happen?

If they've paid their deposits are you sure they haven't signed anything yet as that seems odd. If you haven't signed anything or paid anything yet then you can leave but will most likely annoy everyone else as they will have to find someone to replace you unless you find a replacement they're happy with.

Depends on the landlord. I'd imagine the most likely scenario is that they either have to lose their deposit or find an extra person to fill your room so you'd be making life pretty difficult for them.
