Help! Psychology A Level is making me so anxious! Watch

    Hi everyone.

    So far I haven't seen anyone in my situation and I just need some reassurance or advice, anything.

    I took psychology thinking if I worked hard enough at it I could do it but AS results proved otherwise I got an E and honestly felt like I'd really tried. Now I'm in A2 and I'm so scared that it will all go down the pan again it's like I'm hardly bothering to try because I know I suck at it.
    My exams are in a few months time and I keep battling every day and say to myself I need to revise but I feel like it's getting harder because there's just so much to learn it's actually impossible and don't understand how the hell I'm supposed to get through it all! I'm so anxious over my A levels I think it's starting to make me ill. I can't enjoy my life any more without constantly feeling guilty for not revising and I don't know when to tell myself to stop either.

    There's lots of videos relevant to topics in psychology in youtube - you could sit and watch one if you didn't feel like writing. It is best to practice questions and read what the markscheme wants after.

    Don't worry you still have lots of time to revise so don't let it go to waste. Use your time wisely and you will do really well! 😊
