In Year 11 I got a "D" in English Language,

If I fail my GCSE English Language again this year (Year 12), In Year 13 I won't be able to get on Level 3 which is equivalent to A-Level so will be stuck on Level 2 again (Which is so easy) which quite simply put won't get me to the place I want to be.

So I will be 18 in September of 2018 would I have to pay to go for a Level 3 course at this point, I totally would if that has to be.???

Level 3 qualifications are fee free for people who are under 19 at the start of the course - if you're 19 at the start of your course then you can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to cover the fees https://www.gov.uk/advanced-learner-loan/eligibility
