I was just wondering, does anyone here know if you are allowed to conduct a research experiment in Higher Biology / Chemistry? If so, how are they decided upon? What type of experiments can you do? is it similar to investigations in S4?

Any information regarding this would be much appreciated.

*cough* Scottish forum dear *cough*

I don't think you get to do too much at Higher. In physics there was an investigation like SG that was rushed through because it didn't really matter. I think at Advanced Higher they have projects and things

sigh.

The reason for me asking was that I wanted to improve my chances of getting into the Med. Course ( just noticed: all my threads are about that lol ) and apparently you were allowed to do a research paper / project. I'm just wondering. Thanks anyhows.
