How to be less awkward with this guy?

So Im talking to this guy, we've been seeing each other for about 3 months. We already told each other how we feel about one another several times. I really like him and I know he likes me too.. he came over today and he does these things where he plays with my hair and rubs my arm lightly or put his arms around my legs (i was lying down and he was beside me). However, I can't help feel so awkward I wanna show him I like him too, but how do I do this instead of just taking what he's doing? Ive never had this type of experience before its new to me tbh. He always comes really close to my face when we're talking - does this mean anything? He's only been doing this lately for past 2-3 weeks. Thanks
Just have a bottle of wine before he comes over and your legs will spread more easily than butter on toast.
