Lonsdale gcse revision guide biology

Has anyone used the Lonsdale GCSE Revision Plus and Classroom companion guides?
I'm looking for a good guide in biology and have heard that these are superior to CGP (overrated?) but I need one that is easy to memorise as opposed to making notes from.
I also want one that isn't too basic like I need to learn the content.
IF YOU'VE EVER USED THESE, PLEASE SHARE EXPERIENCES, TELL ME WHAT GRADE YOU GOT, IF THEY WERE HELPFUL ETC
