I have a job offer for company A, but would also like to attend an interview for company B in 2 weeks time. The woman from company A would like to know this week if I accept my offer 'verbally'. Can I go back on a verbal offer?

Not usually if they record it maybe but usually until you sign the dotted line

It can sometimes be in other situations in a legal sense but in this situation I don't think it will have much bearing on your right to interview for another job until you've signed a contract. Even once you start you normally have a probation period where you can leave with only 1 weeks notice or similar.
Do you think parents should charge rent?
