    I want to ask if it's possible to find in an urine sample Glucose and Protein? What that means?

    Glucose in the urine means the kidneys are unable to reclaim all the glucose from the glomerular filtrate, which implies high blood glucose content, which implies diabetes.

    Proteins in the urine can arise from a very high blood pressure which forces proteins that wouldn't usually be able to pass through the glomerulus (Mr>69 000 g/mol) to pass through the fenestrations glomerulus. It could also arise from problems with the barriers to prevent large proteins entering the glomerular filtrate - podocytes, basement membrane proteins, and fenestrations.

    I don't see why not, if the body of the person who donated the sample is really having a bad time.
