Dealing with stress Watch
It's okay to cry!! Crying is healthy, and it shows you still care. (Although, perhaps not to the extent that I cry to, lmao.)
I also make lists when I get stressed out. Most important things to do to the least important things to do, and then work through that. It usually helps.
And if I've had a stressful day, I'll do a little bit of work and then I'll play a video game for a couple of hours, or do something that I enjoy... Which definitely works, because it takes my mind off of things.
